Department : Call Center & Customer Handling
/ Customer Relation
Working Location : Jakarta – TB Simatupang
Job Description :
- Lead and develop several call agents
- Organize agents shift schedule effectively to
solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Evaluate agents performance
- Deal directly with customer either by telephone
or email
- Ensure all call center activity are complete and
update
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major
in Engineering or Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Age 25-30 years old
- Has 1 year experience in call center or customer
handling
- Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal,
good perspective, and more on accuracy
- Has good interpersonal relationship,
communication skill, and team work
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under
pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and has interest in
automotive
ACCOUNTING STAFF (Acc)

- Control GIT, Receiving & Black Flush
Inventory Data IMPULSE/CATS
- Process & validate Purchase-AP (Import &
Local) Interface Data
- Calculate & validate Cost of Inventory
Material and FG Engine and transmission
- Prepare PL Power Train Engine and transmission
Business
- Process & validate Transfer FG Engine and
transmission to Vehicle Business
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major
in Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Female/Male, single, age 21-30 years old.
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in the same
field.
- Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking,
and more on accuracy.
- Have good interpersonal relationship &
communication skill, and able to work as team.

CORPORATE PLANNING STAFF (CP)

Responsibilities
- Responsible
to Profit/Loss for all models vehicle
- Controlling
and reporting contribution margin for all models vehicle
- Providing
Price Approval for upcoming, refreshment, and export models
- Maintaining
all model vehicle price list for Acc & Sales Dept
Requirements:
- Bachelor
degree major in Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.3
out of 4.00.
- Female/Male,
Age 23-26 years old.
- Has 1
year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh graduate
are welcome to apply).
- Fluent
in English, both oral and written.
- Has

- Responsible for specific product marketing,
advertising, promotional and related activities
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions,
competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed
Requirement :
- Diploma degree from reputable university with GPA
min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has more than 2 years experience as specialized
in Brand/Product Marketing or PR (Communication). Preferable from
Automotive industry.
- Age 27-35 years old.
- Has out of the box creativity.

- Has good presentation skill.
- Has high analysis skill, numerical ability, logic

- Has good negotiation & interpersonal skill,
