Sales & Marketing Manager – Lubricant

Responsibilities:
• Will have a role as a account manager for the lubricant products
• Create business strategy to achieve sales targets
• Developing and creating new markets for new products
• Make presentation for new customers and other third parties
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with customers and also potential customers

Requirements:
• Male/Female with age between 30 – 45 years old
• Bachelor degree (Master degree will be advantage) in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0 (scale 4.0)
• At least 7 years of experience in the same field
• Able to demonstrate negotiation & communication skills, interpersonal & relationship management skills with excellent self motivated ability, strong network of clients and professional contacts.
• Self starter, possess entrepreneurial drive and high commitment.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level quality
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Sales Manager – Power Plant

Responsibilities:
• Will have a role as a account manager for the Power Plant products
• Create business strategy to achieve sales targets
• Developing and creating new markets for new products
• Make presentation for new customers and other third parties
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with customers and also potential customers

Requirements:
• Male/Female Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with age min. 30 - 45 years old
• Proven account management and sales track record of understanding customer needs in power plant sector & transmission line.
• Working in permitting, sitting, right-of-way or engineering for electric conventional and/or renewable power generation, transmission, and/or distribution projects and managed large power related proposals as capture manager for power related generation and/or transmission efforts.
• Must have negotiation & communication skills, interpersonal & relationship management skills with excellent leadership ability, strong network of clients and professional contacts.
• Min. 7 years experience as sales for electrical sectors; power plant, transmission line, equipment, etc.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Sales Manager – Drilling Rig

Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with customers and also potential customers
• Efficient and effective preparation of tender documents for all products and services tendered by Client companies.
• Maintain regular contact across the various departments – for example when developing the tender documentation
• Handling technical clarification & negotiation to Client & SKK Migas budget until getting approval.

Requirement:
• Male, 35 – 50 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree from reputable University.
• Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experienced in handling general preparation, planning, execution & close out the drilling project.
• Experienced in handling Jack up & Semisub operation drilling required for this position.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (oil & gas) is required for this position.
• Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player

Secretary

Responsibilities:
• Handling day to day administrative & operational tasks.
• Handle incoming call, fax and email.
• Travel arrangement, accommodation and entertain for travelling.
• Minute of internal meeting and external also.

Requirement:
• Female, max 40 years old.
• Diploma Degree (D3) in secretarial from reputable institution (Tarakanita preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience as secretary.
• Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Perform a can-do attitude.
• Computer literacy.

Human Resources Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining policies in areas such as compensation & benefit, organizational development, people development, reward and punishment
• Implement all procedures and make sure to complies with all government regulations
• Develop strategic way in recruitment & staffing process
• Provide a weekly schedule of plan activities
• Responsible for general affairs matters such as security, building maintenance, transportation, assets & etc
• Liaise to government institution
• Maintain and improve HR data and records

REQUIRMENTS:

• Male 35 – 45 years old
• GPA min 3.00 scale (4.00)
• Candidate must poccess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from reputable Univerrsity
• At least 10 years working experience in the same fields
• Attractive person, flexible, enthusiastic
• Have strong knowledge in HR and general affair aspect
• Good knowledge in payroll, jamsostek, Pph 21 and health insurance
• Mastering in labor government regulation (UU 13 tahun 2003)
• Excellent English in oral and written communication
