AGENT
COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:

of 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management

FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
·
Develop
and manage Finance Accounting & Tax Department budget to ensure department
program and activities are executed in accordance with the plan and support the
achievement of company’s goals & objectives
·
Review
the accuracy and correctness and approve the submission of the monthly tax
report (SPT) to government tax office
·
Review,
monitor and approve petty cash and journal entries, to ensure accuracy and
timelines
·
Analyze
company’s financial performance on monthly / quarterly/ yearly basis, and
submit the analysis report to finance director
·
Review
capital expenditures and side expenses to ensure correctness and in line with
the approved budget
·
Review
and ensure accuracy of all corporate financial reports and liaise with Group
and external auditors to confirm correctness of the reports
·
Review
the third party contracts to ensure payment terms and any financial obligations
are stated in accordance with the applicable policies
·
Liaise
with bank to obtain and process bank facilities
·
Ensure
the approval process is according to the approved delegation of Authority (DOA)
·
Keep
abreast with the development of the applicable standards and regulations in
accounting and tax and develop / revise the related guidelines, processes, SOPs
to ensure they are up to date.
·
Ensure
that SAP Finance modules are maintained and in compliance with the applicable
guidelines, and standards
·
Provide
supor to finance Director and BOD in compiling financial data, and preparing /
developing the related presentation materials
·
People
management – Lead and manage subordinates effectively.
Requirement:
·
Bachelor
degree from any related major, from reputable University both local and
overseas.
·
Minimum
7 to 10 years’ experience at the similar role preferably from coal mining
industries.
·
Have
good analytical skills for control and problem-solving, excellent
consulting and negotiation skills, honest, able to work under pressure,
both works independently and as a team
·
Possess
excellent computer skill and familiar with Mining software
