Job
Purpose Summary
The
Accounting Supervisor will be responsible to manage day to day accounting
transaction and producing financial report.
Key
Responsibility & Accountability
·
Monitor
and ensure accuracy of all accounting records, including but not limited to
expenditure, asset, purchasing, inventory, sales, payroll.
·
Ensure
all accounting records are as per Accounting procedures & control.
·
Assist
in the development and maintenance of Financial Reporting system.
·
Meets
mandated filing dates for Financial & Tax documents.
·
Supervise
all month end and year end accounting activity, including preparation of
journal entry for cost allocation, accrual and amortization.
·
Ensure
all Balance Sheet account are reconciled every month end.
Requirements
·
University
degree (S1, GPA > 3,00) in Accounting.
·
Male
or female max 35 years old.
·
Minimum
4 years experience as Acccounting staff or 2 years experience as Accounting
supervisor in a public accounting service.
·
Professional
certification highly desirable.
·
Strong
administrative, organizational and communication skill.
·
Initiative,
energetic and good interpersonal skill.
·
Experience
in automotive companies is preferable.
·
Able
to work under pressure.
