As General Agent of Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp, PT.Multiline Shipping
Company (Yang Ming Division), is looking for several candidates for following
position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
(SALES SUPPORT)
Key Responsibilities:
·
Handle
for booking confirmation and booking forecast report
·
Handle
all inquiries from the customers
·
Assist
to Sales/Marketing team
Requirements:
Female
/ Male; Max age 28 years old
Diploma
or Bachelor degree in any related field
Experience
in shipping or freight forwarder is preferable
Fluent
in speaking and writing English is a must
Excellent interpersonal
skill and a quick learner
Computer
literate
Able
to work under pressure and as one team (Teamwork oriented)
Fresh
graduate is welcome
ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER (Mandarin Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
·
Assist
for office and human resources management
·
Assist
to handle office project and/or assignment from the Management
·
Assist
to be interpreter for Mandarin to Indonesia or English / vice versa
Requirements:
·
Female
; Max age 30 years old
·
Bachelor
degree majoring in related field (Business Administration/Management/Human
Resources) preferable
·
Fluent
in Mandarin language is MUST
·
Good
command in both spoken and written English
·
Good
communication skill including translation from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice
versa
·
Having
work experience related to office management and human capital management is
preferable
·
Computer
literate (Microsoft Office/Microsoft Outlook)
·
Responsive,
self-motivated and can work
independently
·
Fresh
graduate will be considered
