Responsibilities:
·
Receive,
direct and relay fax messages
·
Answer
all incoming and outgoing calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
·
Greet,
assist and /or direct staffs, visitors and the general public
·
Assist
the staff as requested, like preparation for business trip (Ex: Booking Flight,
hotel, etc)
