dining experience and top venue for meetings, parties and weddings.
Located
in the North of Bandung and surrounded by lush greenery and cool climate,
Gedong Putih will display new standards in terms of culinary experience and
service.
Distinctive
architecture and interior will set the stage for three International
restaurants that will serve Western, Thai and Japanese cuisine,
while multi function halls and a 'green' outdoor venue, capable of
handling over 1000 persons, will complement its facilities.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Prepare
pastry or bakery item
·
Check
daily pastry or bakeries commodity orders & requisition
·
Ensure
a high level of hygiene is maintained at working area at all time
·
Prepare
mise en place to ensure a smooth operation
·
Check
pastry & bakery items rotation to ensure freshness of all products
Requirements:

Experience
at least 2 years at the same position
·
Good
spoken & written English
·
Ensuring
high quality & consistent to presentation standards
·
