Global Assistance and Healthcare, a well-established international medical assistance provider to the Insurance, Oil and Gas, Mining and other corporate sectors is inviting highly motivated individuals to fill in the position of:

CALL CENTRE (CCA)

Responsibilities :

·         Handling incoming/outgoing calls, notably answering phone calls from insured person

·         Checking the validity of membership

·         Identifying the level of coverage

·         Identifying the request

·         Processing the request

·         Coordinating with the referral service in case of medical emergency

·         Report any complaints from callers / clients

Requirements:

·         Male or Female, age max. 35 years old

·         University Graduate (D3 / S1 of any discipline)

·         Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

·         Insurance and / or working call center experience background will be an advantage

·         Willing to work on a 24 /7 rotating shift without exception

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

·         Computer literate

·         Fast learner and able to work under pressure

·         Able to Work as Individual as well as in a Team

·         Customer and Services Oriented

·         Positive and outgoing attitudes

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER & SAFETY OFFICERR  (DC)

General responsibilities :

·         Responsible in handling all documents from retrieving, compiling and distributing.

·         Produce Records of document retrieve, existed, produce and distributed

·         Assuring all department has an updated and controlled document

·         Organize schedule & invitation of both training and meeting for OHS.

·         Set up audit plan schedule and its implementation

·         Able to attend or to assist or to accompany if needed team conducting site survey or escorting VVIP or any other duties relating in health and safety

Requirements :

·         Male, age max 35 years old

·         Min. Diploma of Nursing Academy with valid lisence

·         Having AK3 Umum , Bachelor degree (S-1) of K3 from University of Indonesia is a plus

·         Having knowledge of ISO, OHSAS

·         Having 2 years experience in the same position

·         Fluent spoken and written English is an absolute must

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

·         Multi tasking job with high level of commitment
