SALES CALL CENTER
Responsibilities :

Prospect
for new customers
·
Provide
quotation to customer
·
Attend
site meetings, provide after sales services support and follow up
·
Maintain
good relationships with customers
·
Achieve
business target in terms of sales volume and revenue
·
Managing
the daily running of the call center
·
Liaising
with supervisors, team leaders, and third parties to gather information and
resolve issues;
·
Monitoring
random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative
performance;
·
Making
customer problem report periodically
Requirements:

Male/Female

Maximum
age 32 years old
·
Candidate
at least Diploma from reputable university
·
Fluent
in English, both oral and written
·
ICT
minded
·
Good
team player, good communication, fast learner & self motivated

or having experience in call center
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (AE)
Responsibilities :

Prospect
for new customers

Provide
quotation to customer

business target in terms of sales volume and revenue

to Sales Manager
Requirements:

1 year experience in selling ICT Products

at least Diploma, any field from reputable university
·

& Sales Oriented

·
Have
own vehicle, at least motorcycle

personality, responsible, fast learner, efficient and well-organized

Able
to operate Ms. Office
·
Able
to work independently and also work in a team
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (FA)
Responsibilities :
·
Check
completeness of payment request documents from purchasing division
·
Provide
Proof of Exit Bank (BKK) and cheque to make the payment
·
Matching
between the bank balance and the current account in the accurate system
·
Prepare
reports account balance every day
·
Prepare
a cash flow statement every week
·
Prepare
the adjusting journal (memorial journal) required
Requirements:

Maximum
age 28 years old
·
Bachelor
Degree in Economy from reputable university
·
Minimum
2 years experience in the similar position
·
Understand
accurate system
·
English

CALL CENTER&TELEMARKETING (CCT)
Responsibilities :

incoming call and customer complaint
