AUDITOR IT SENIOR OFFICER
Responsibilities:
1.
Develop
checklist assessment for IT Dept
2.
Define
the run down, guidelines, process of IT
3.
Define
the sampling of Assessment
4.
Create
the Report audit Finding
5.
Make
the recommendation
6.
Make
the preventif action and improvement process in Dept IT
7.
Assisst
Auditee for set the Bisnis impact Analyst for Distaster Recover Planning
8.
Identify
the potential Fraud in IT Dept
9.
Monitoring
the due date Audit findings periodically
Requirements:
1.
Maximum
30 years old
2.
Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or
equivalent
3.
At
least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position
4.
Preferably
Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/ Financial
Services or equivalent
5.
Full-Time

Having
basic knowldege about Disaster Recovery Planning

Knowing
about sytem AS 400 (banking application)

GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER
Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible
for administrative and secretarial work to assist the Board of Director Closely
cooperate with operation management

Make
sure the SOP is well implemented
3.
Managing
employee database
4.
Creating
report to Management Renewal of Expatriate's work permits, KITAS, licenses, and
registrations as required
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's
Degree in Human Resources / Management / Psychology, GPA min. 3,00
2.
Proficient
in Ms. Excel formula
3.
Good
command in English
4.
Min.
2 year experience in handling Payroll, Jamsostek, and good knowledge in
personnel's procedures
5.
High
intelligence, strong analytical skill & good in decision making
