Job Vacancies :
1. Electrical Engineer
2. Facility and Engineering Manager
3. Legal & GA Spv
4. Planning Staff
5. Accounting Staff
6. Commercial & Planning Manager
Spesific Requirements :
1. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
a. Male
b. S1 Degree in Electrical Engineering (High Current) majoring Power System,
with GPA Minimum 3.00
c. Maximum 30 years old
d. Experience minimum 2 – 3 year
e. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft office, preferable can operate
Auto CAD 2D / 3D.
f. Good knowledge in National & International Electrical Standard (PUIL,
IEC, etc).
g. Familiar with Power Distribution, PLC, DCS, SCADA
h. Good communication in English (oral & written)
Responsible for:
a. All electrical works and maintenances
b. Review drawing, lighting layout, grounding, detail of electrical installation.
c. Prepare electrical load list calculation, voltage drop calculation, power
study (ETAP) single line diagram, cable & generator sizing
d. Prepare MTO (material take off) electrical
e. Prepare instrument data sheet & calculation
2. FACILITY & ENGINEERING MANAGER
a. S1/S2 degree in Electrical (High Current), with GPA minimum 3.00
b. Age maximum 40 years old
c. Having Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge with National &
International Standard (API, ASME, ASTM, JIS, SNI)
d. Familiar with static & rotating equipment (piping, pump, compressor,
etc.)
e. At least 10 years of working experience in operation function with minimum 5
(five) years in managerial position of project and maintenance
f. Have knowledge in the field of process engineering
g. Good communication in English (oral & written)
Responsible for:
a. Make a plan and execute all projects and maintenance activities
b. Control and monitor daily operation of project and maintenance activities of
Jetty facilities.
c. Ensure operational excellence with health and safety policies are complied
with regulation.
d. Manage administration and reporting within department
e. Ensure organization alignment is in place to support operation and business
growth
3. LEGAL & GA SUPERVISOR
a. S1 degree majoring in Law with GPA minimum 3.0
b. Male age maximum 35 years old
c. Preferable have experience 3 – 5 years
d. Able to draw up a draft of contract (especially in English version)
e. Have HR & Security Knowledge
f. Good communication in English both oral & written
g. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
h. Able to communicate professionally to all parties
Responsible for:
a. All legal issue of the company including Permit and Contract
b. Maintain relationship with community & government
c. Develop and handle general facilities of company
4. PLANNING STAFF
a. S1 Degree from Industrial Engineering
b. GPA min 3.00
c. Preferable have working experience at least 1 - 2 year
d. Age maximum 28 years old
e. Good communicating in English both oral & writing
f. Able to operate computer minimum microsoft office including power point
Responsible for:
a. Make a berthing plan and control of Shipment schedule.
b. Coordinate with stakeholder to achieve the schedule target
c. Develop operational system in shipment schedule.
d. Analysis data for any cargo unloading process based on input from
stakeholders with the appropriate method
5. ACCOUNTING STAFF
a. S1 degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.0 preferable have experience
working as Public Auditor External at leaset 2-3 years
b. Preferable have tax knowledge
c. Age maximum 28 years old
d. Good communication in English both verbal & written
e. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
Responsible for :
a. Provide data for financial report
b. Provide data for tax report
c. Ensure the aging payable in accordance with the companies targets
d. Preparing the data for payment and completed the payment to the supplier
6. COMMERCIAL & PLANNING MANAGER
a. S1/S2 Degree from Economic Bussiness / Management with GPA minimum 3.0
b. Maximum 40 years old
c. Preferable have working experience minimum 5 years in managerial position
d. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
e. Good communication in English (oral & written)
f. Having expertise in negotiating and presenting
g. Have the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
h. Have good skills to coordinate people
i. Look attractive and sociable
Responsible for:
a. Make a plan and execute commercial/marketing activities to build the
customer relationships
b. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company
objectives.
c. Control and monitor daily operation of commercial/marketing and planning
activities.
d. Ensure operational excellence with health and safety policies are complied
with regulation.
e. Manage administration and reporting within department
f. Ensure organization alignment is in place to support company operation and
business growth
