PALITO Group is a group of companies engaged in the distribution, manufacturing and service invites dynamic young professionals and high-power struggle to join as:

A. R&D (Research and Development)
Requirement:
1. Candidate must Degree in Food Science, pharmacy, Engineering (chemical)
2. Have a minimum of 3 years of Product Development, R&D experience – From Concept to Commercialization
3. Have strong business acumen and demonstrate business knowledge by leading discussion and direction on project work with the organization and determining effects of department work on total financial picture
4. Applicant must be creative, pro-active, have the ability and accept or create new ideas and take calculate risks on new products and process development
5. Have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
6. Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang

B. Accounting and Finance Supervisor
Requirement:
1. Male/Female Age 30-35 years.
2. S1 in Accounting in Reputable University (State or Private University)
3. Brevet A/B will be advantage.
4. Good command in oral and written English.
5. Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same position in manufacturing industry and/or as an auditor in public accountant firm.
6. Strong business analysis.
7. Detail oriented, strong analytical and logical thinking.
8. Proactive leadership, good interpersonal, reporting and presentation skills.
9. Having an excellent communication/teamwork skill.
10.Impressive appearance, pleasant personality and able to work under pressure.
11.Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang

C. QA QC Staff
Requirement:
1. Female or Male, max. 30 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in Chemical or Food Tech from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
3. Good Attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible and analytical skill.
4. Experienced in QA / QC min. 3 years in food industries.
5. Qualified in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
6. Familiar with chemical & microbiological analysis, calibration, material characteristic.
7. Understand about production flow, tools and machinery.
8. English and computer proficiency, no color blind.
9. Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work.
10.Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang
