AUTOMATION LEAD ENGINEER
Required
Qualifications:
• Min. Polytechnic (electrical) D3 or S1 University graduate.
• Experience in Automation system min. 5 years.
• Excellent communication skills with a good level of written and spoken
English.
• Good knowledge in C, C++, or Java programming.
• Preferably familiar with C++ Builder.
• Knowledge of the field, preferably have experience working in Industry/
Manufacture
• Good communication, human relation and interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge of International standard.
• Project management skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
• Performance of control and safety system automation engineering, Control
System Engineering and software engineering.
• Performance of Control and Safety system programming, hardware and software
staging.
• Performance of Control and safety system factory acceptance test
• Performance of Control system and safety site pre-commissioning,
commissioning, and automation assistance to Clients for further hardware and
software tests or modifications or inspections
• Secondment to Clients for any automation engineering or site assistance.
• Performance of functional analysis and functional design specifications
engineering.
• Create / Manage engineering database (instrument database, cable list, etc…)
• Definition of scope of work / Follow up of sub-contractors
• Participate to project quotation.
Sales Engineer

Required
Qualifications:
• Minimum S1/D3 Control System Engineering
• Have experience working in Industry ( min : 5 years)
• Familiar with CONTROL SYSTEMS, TELECOM INTEGRATION, E&I CONTRACTING in
INDUSTRY & MANUFACTURER
• Having a proven network contact at INDUSTRY & MANUFACTURER End Users and
Main Contractors
• Able to analyses the Tenders scope of work, Request for Quotation to various
Vendors
• Able to negotiate Contract planning and Technical key input/output interface
milestones
• Able to negotiate Contract terms with Clients
• Good communication, human relation, project management, leadership and
interpersonal skill.
• Independent and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
• Responsible of the commercial contacts and negotiations with potential
Clients and Agents
• Responsible of chasing and meeting clients prospects
• responsible of the Qualification dossier preparations and issues to potential
Clients
• Responsible, together with the Proposal Manager, of the Technical and
Commercial Bids preparation and issues to potential Clients
• Responsible of the Bid Administration documents preparation and issue to
potential Clients.
• Involved with Jobs technical, Commercial and Contractual negotiations.
• Participate to bid preparation/estimation and in charge for
vendors/subcontractors enquiries, prices analysis, partnership for tenders.
