capital investment of USD $ 0.1 M, PT. TEKNIKO INDONESIA was established as PMA
Company for simple Steel Fabrication. In 2000, PT. TEKNIKO was able to
extend the business to EPC contractor for Oil & Gas Power Plant. In 2000,
PT. TEKNIKO INDONESIA acquired ISO 90001. In 2006, PT.TEKNIKO INDONESIA
extended the capacity of Steel Fabrication production work shop to 15.000
ton/year resulting able to open an opportunity to contract for Doosan Cirebon
Plant Project regarding Civil / Architect Work with Total value of USD $ 75 M.

overcame the IMF crisis and grew rapidly from initial sale amount of USD $ 0.2
to USD $ 0.5 M in 2004 to US $ 20.0 M in 2005 to current sale amount of USD $
30.0 with debt ratio of 5% only.

Job description :
1. Inspect incoming raw materials, mechanical parts and
subassemblies; mark and complete appropriate documentation to assure compliance
with P.O. requirements and specifications.
2. Conduct complete first piece inspection to assure
process is correct before production run begins.
3. Perform in-process inspection of machined parts as
required to assure adherence to specifications and procedures.
4. Conduct final inspection of finished product to
confirm all operations have been completed to APS / customer specification and
assure that all required certifications and other documentation are in place
for shipment.
5. Maintain various inspection fixtures, gages and
measuring devices so appropriate measurements are made and documentation can be
provided.
6. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of
inspection equipment to assure accurate readings.
7. Prepare required documents for shipment of
product; may be required to assist with loading and unloading trucks and
delivering parts to customers or vendors.
